Stranger Than Paradise celebrates their 14 year anniversary with this stupendous lineup!
THE URBAN VOODOO MACHINE MARCHING BAND: Not just a funeral band but they sure do put the fun in funeral!
Front man Paul-Ronney Angel with members of the Urban Voodoo Machine followed by an eclectic entourage created this ensemble originally as a funeral marching band paying homage to their dearly departed friend Nick Marsh. It then blossomed into a band for all occasions! It has the grit and feel of the Urban Voodoo Machine while adding the additional element of New Orleans and Mardi Gras and a touch of gospel powerful enough to wake the dead or put them to rest – as you prefer.

RHINO AND THE RANTERS: Cow-Punk, Gospel Blues, a mixture of Roots, Rock and Roll and Bluegrass.
Infamous for their high octane live sets they have been exciting audiences across the UK since they were formed by Ryan Webb in London in 2009. Their raucous delivery and on-stage charisma have won them a loyal army of fans.
They released their debut album, The Hanging Room in 2010 which includes many favourites of their live set, such as: Dr Ink, Radio Joe, Needlework and the unforgettable, Hallelujah. Songwriter, Ryan blends the dark imagery of death, witchcraft, addiction and madness with humour and wordplay all set to pop-like melodies.

DOM DURNER AND THE DYNAMITE: The ever enigmatic Dom Durner fused with Gypsy Dynamite play a wide repertoire of Jazz, Gypsy, Spanish and Italian music all rearranged in a fresh, unique and energetic style.

SCARLETTE O’ HARLETTE, Devilish Diva from Detroit pulls out some party favours from her hat.

DJ’S MS MANRAY plays the usual fair of electro swing gypsy folk global beats rock and roll.

And the special guest DJ ROUNI DJ ROUNI from Switzerland merges vintage styles and eclectic electro baselines with swing, funk and hip-hop mashing up electro swing, ghetto funk, glitch, future funk and UK bass music, he has toured festivals globally and we are thrilled to have him for our birthday show!
