FRUIT PALACE presents BABILONDON, an international band renowned for their high-energy performances and urban roots reggae sound. Founded by Zack Woolfson, BABILONDON combines the hot summer vibes of his native Portugal with the raw energy and reality of big city life.

Since 2011, BABILONDON have played at established festivals such as Boomtown, Secret Garden Party, Shambala and shared the stage with John Holt, The Skints & Tippa Irie, amongst others. With a their long-awaited debut album to follow later in the year, BABILONDON are definitely a band to keep an eye on.

Hailing from the west of Ireland, CIAN FINN is a vocalist armed with hair raising lyrics and bass lines to make you move. Cian’s debut LP “This Applies” has made big waves internationally and in the UK. He continues to tour the world on the back of it working with the likes of Radikal Guru, Prince Fatty, Max Romeo, Horseman and Hollie Cook.

He’s recorded tracks and remixes spanning roots to up tempo dancefloor bangers with Zion Train, Hatti Vatti, Gaudi, Dreadsquad, Alpha Steppa, Mungos Hi Fi and Chopstick Dubplate, among others. Catch the big man bring his soundsystem show to Hootananny for a rub-a-dub-tastic night of irie vibes.

East London’s RAGS RUDI are a 6-piece blending an explosive head-nodding, feet-sparking cocktail of ska, dub, hip hop, funk and punk. With two LPs under their belts RAGS RUDI have supported the likes of Moses Boyd, DJ Vadim, 47Soul, Joe Driscoll, Andrew Ashong and Earl Gateshead. Playing festivals, clubs, pubs, squats, and streets around the UK, you can expect a lively knees-up wherever they go.
